Pressure Used: - Age for: 1.0 Weeks
Storage Temperature: 32.0 F

Notes
Used rinsed slurry from Honey Blonde batch. Pitched into two carboys at approximately 250ml of slurry.

Overshpt mash temp (forgot to reset the controller after mash in) so temp was about 160 deg F for the first 30 minutes. Calculated pre-boil OG was 1.043 with 12.5 gal of wort. Was shooting for 1.049 OG.

At one week: gravity was 1.022. Dry hopped with 6 gm Simcoe pellets per gallon and left on yeast cake. Took out of the cooler so they could warm slightly and finish fermenting. Will rack to keg next weekend and carbonate.
